A Valorant movie is reportedly in the works after the success of Arcane from League of Legends. We can expect it to release in 2025 on an unspecified date. However, we do know that a trailer will possibly air around October 2024. Yet, we should take this news with a grain of salt as it is a report from Kingdom Leaks who data mine Valorant’s files.

Valorant Movie for 2025
Valorant is a fast-paced 5v5 shooter that gained growing popularity since its release. Although it focuses on strategic gameplay, it does have profound and intriguing lore. Riot loves creating stories, and each character in Valorant also has a backstory.
We can also guess that the Valorant movie might be about the Mirror Earth. It was a concept introduced earlier in the cinematic titled “Duality.” You can check out how far the lore has come since then by going to Valorant’s YouTube channel. Yet, we can all agree that it might showcase a few things that we normally see in the game.
The running theory is that the film will show us both Alpha and Omega Earth agents trying to get the Spike. For those of you who don’t know, the Spike is a device that can extract Radianite from the environment. In the cinematics, we can see this happen in Duelists and Duality. However, we are expecting to see some easter eggs. After all, everyone knows Riot Games had fun putting these easter eggs all around Arcane.
Riot Games might also be making a Valorant movie instead of a series because the game is recent. There’s not enough lore to go around unlike the immersive world of League of Legends. Yet, it does not stop the excitement of fans and players alike.
