Valorant Breeze Changes for Episode 7 Act 2

New changes for Breeze are coming to Valorant in Episode 7 Act 2, and we’re all for it. Since Riot Games removed Breeze from the map pool, fans expressed dissatisfaction with Fracture. Yet, it’s also nice to see how the new Breeze map looks after the adjustments. After all, it was pretty wonky to play on it with the many angles and difficult positions.

New Breeze Changes in Valorant

Riot will now return Breeze back to the active map pool with major changes. Although they say that it’s a revamp, it still feels like a cool summer breeze (get it?) at the beach. However, we are not saying that you should downplay or underestimate the new changes. After all, knowing where to position yourself can either make or break your match.

Since Riot removed it from the map pool alongside Bind, we have no how you should play the map. New changes to Breeze might just be what Valorant players need to have a more competitive edge. So, here’s what we know so far:

  • Mid Area Revamp: They significantly reduced the space, making it harder for attackers to move around. Defenders can now hold the chokepoint, but attackers still have the option to go up the new boxes.
  • A-Site Changes: This is where the new map changes to Breeze get interesting in Valorant. Now, can no longer go through the Cave or Halls. You will now have to get past the Chop Shop or go through Mid-Doors. The pyramids now have logos so you can call them out easily as Prawn or Crab.
  • B-Site Changes: Although not as big as the Mid and A-Site changes, you will still feel the impact. B-Site now has a long wall to deny that angle and allow attackers to hide in the back site. There will also be platforms and boxes for both Attackers and Defenders to utilize.

Although we’re excited to play the new changes to Breeze, both Fracture and Pearl will say goodbye to Valorant. It is now their turn to sit at the bench while Breeze enjoys some time in the map pool. So, what do you think of these changes? Let us know in the comments and don’t forget to stay tuned to the website for more updates.
