How to Unlock Harvey’s Heart Events in Stardew Valley
As you progress in your relationship with Harvey, you’ll have the opportunity to experience his heart events. These special moments offer a deeper look into his life and personality, allowing you to connect with him on a more personal level.
To trigger Harvey’s heart events, you’ll need to reach specific heart levels. Spend time with him, give him thoughtful gifts, and engage in conversations to increase your friendship points. As your relationship deepens, these heart events will naturally unlock.
- Two Hearts: enter George’s house while George is there.
- Four Hearts: enter the Clinic while Harvey is there.
- Six Hearts: enter the General Store between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Eight Hearts: enter the Clinic.
- Ten Hearts: Harvey will send the player a letter asking to meet at the railroad tracks south of town. Meet him there between 9 am and 5 pm.
- Fourteen Hearts: enter the player’s farmhouse between 8 pm and 12 am. The player’s farmhouse must have been upgraded at least twice before this cutscene can trigger.
Marrying Harvey In Stardew Valley
For those players seeking a deeper commitment, Stardew Valley offers the possibility of marriage to your favorite character. To marry Harvey, you’ll need to reach the ten-heart level and obtain a Mermaid Pendant.
Once you have the Mermaid Pendant, you can propose to Harvey and ask him to be your spouse. If he accepts, you’ll officially become a couple. As a married couple, Harvey will move onto your farm, making him an integral part of your virtual life.
Once married, Harvey will move into the farmhouse. Like other marriage candidates, he will add his own room to the right of the bedroom. He’ll also set up a small garden behind the farmhouse where he’ll sometimes go to read.
On mornings when Harvey stays inside the farmhouse all day, he may offer you Complete Breakfast. On rainy nights he may offer you dinner: Salmon Dinner, Crispy Bass, Fried Eel, Carp Surprise, or Vegetable Medley.
