- Select the Gift Exchange from the list

It may take some time for you to redeem your codes successfully. According to the official website, it can take up to 48 hours for the process to finish. However, you shouldn’t worry too much since you will receive an in-game mail with your item. You should also take note that you can only redeem one gift code per account.
