Trainers, a rare celestial event unfolds in the world of Pokémon GO as the coveted Meteorite becomes available. Essential for Rayquaza’s Mega Evolution, securing a Meteorite in Pokemon GO is a journey filled with challenges and collaboration. Get ready to embark on an adventure that could elevate your gameplay to cosmic heights.
Acquisition of Meteorite
The pursuit of a Meteorite in Pokemon GO is tied to special in-game events. Unlike common items scattered across the map, the Meteorite is exclusively attainable during these limited-time occasions. Keep your eyes peeled for event announcements, as these are your gateways to obtaining this rare item crucial for Mega Evolution.
The latest opportunity to acquire a Meteorite arises during Adventure Week 2024, which kicked off on August 3. Participating in this event’s Special Research is your ticket to earning a Meteorite. Remember, the quest does not expire, but it’s imperative to complete any previous Team Rocket Special Research tasks before embarking on this new mission.
- Adventure Week 2024 Start Date: August 3 at 11 AM local time
- Special Research: Required for Meteorite acquisition
Rayquaza and Dragon Ascent
Once you’ve secured a Meteorite in Pokemon GO, it’s time to empower Rayquaza, the only Pokémon capable of learning the mighty Dragon Ascent move. To do this, you’ll need to invest Stardust and Rayquaza Candy to unlock a second attack slot. Afterward, giving Rayquaza the Meteorite will teach it Dragon Ascent, setting the stage for its Mega Evolution.
- Requirements for Rayquaza:
- Stardust and Candy for a second attack
- Meteorite to learn Dragon Ascent
Mega Rayquaza Energy and Raids
Acquiring Mega Rayquaza Energy is the final step in completing the Mega Evolution. You can obtain these primarily through Mega Rayquaza Raids, where teamwork is important. Assemble a squad of five to six fellow trainers to tackle these challenging raids—more support is always better, ensuring a smoother victory.
Conclusion
Securing a Meteorite in Pokemon GO is a testament to your dedication as a trainer. With careful attention to event timings, successful completion of Special Research, and collaborative raid battles, you can witness the awe-inspiring Mega Evolution of Rayquaza. Embark on this quest, gather your allies, and reach for the stars—the sky’s the limit in Pokémon GO.
