By donating 3,000 BP towards the Savanna Biome request, you can unlock Sobble as a spawn in the wild. This action also unlocks other starters such as Charmander, Totodile, Snivy, and Fennekin.

To encounter Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Sobble, you have to complete the student’s request. Once you finish, Sobble will appear in the wild in the Savanna biome within the Terarium. You can find Sobble near the bodies of water, usually around murky puddles. Sobble evolves into Drizzile at level 16, its second form.
