After the penultimate day of Dreamleague Season 19, community figure Wykrhm Reddy unveiled the new Dota 2 patch 7.33 release date. In a news post on the steam forums dated April 19, Washington Times, there was a post titled “Riddles in the Dark.” This forum post confirmed rumors over the past days made by community investigators.
The post includes 9 items, redacting the all-important names. These riddles promise at least a new item, a hero with zero intelligence, and an alleged mechanic involving the Outpost. Another thing allegedly approaching is the anticipated Aghanim’s upgrades for Muerta. As for the item Boots of Bearing, it appears they are reverting to the Charge system.
None of the things detailed in this article are certain to be correct. However, we made these in response to the nature of the news post, being the items are riddles. But with this update, new hero Muerta approaches closer to her induction into Captain’s Mode.

New Dota 2 Patch Might be Large
Players in the East expect to meet the patch in the early hours of the 21st of April. For players in the Western United States, they expect to receive it on the afternoon of the 20th. Matthew “Cyborgmatt” Bailey revealed in a tweet that this patch would be “…SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER than a normal gameplay patch.”
Bailey claims to have received this information in the form of leaked comms from major-participating teams. The initial rumor was that the patch would drop during the 26th, which is the start of the Major. But with the principle of having teams prepare, Valve opted to release it early, at the expense of ongoing tournaments.
The Berlin Major is expected to run from April 26 to May 7, 2023. Organization ESL returns to the professional Dota scene with a Valve-sponsored event and a 3rd party pro tour.
