The answer is yes, you can refund Valorant skins. However, there are specific conditions to meet. Riot Games also offers a refund policy for all in-game purchases. This includes skins, which Riot outlines in the policies and guidelines.

According to the policy, players can request a refund for any purchase made within the last 14 days. Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it’s taken into a game.

For example, you cannot get a refund on:

  • Used Weapon Skins
  • Upgraded Weapon Skins
  • Used In-Game Content (Gun Buddies, Player Cards, etc.)
  • Character Contract Levels
  • Weapon Skin Levels
  • Weapon Skin Bundles
  • Premium Battle Passes
  • Premium Battle Pass Levels
  • Radianite Points

This means that if you have purchased a skin and have not used it in-game, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase. However, if you have used the skin, or upgraded it by buying finishers or colors, you are not eligible for a refund.

How to Refund Valorant Skins

If you meet the above conditions and want to request a refund for your Valorant skin, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Riot Games account and navigate to the support page.
  2. Click on the “Submit a request” button.

  5. Explain the reason for your refund request in the “Description” field.
  6. Attach any relevant screenshots or documents that support your refund request.

After submitting your request, Riot Games’ support team will review your case and determine if you are eligible for a refund. If Riot approves your request, the refund will undoubtedly process within a few business days. Lastly, you get back the total amount to your original payment method.

In conclusion, it is possible to refund Valorant skins, but there are specific conditions to meet within the policy. Players can also request a refund for any in-game purchase made within the last 14 days, provided they haven’t used or upgraded them.
