Playing this game for as long as I can remember (more than five years ago) everything still holds up and never gets old, which is why I always end up creating new characters because there is so much to unveil still and master. You are given 5 different races to pick from and eight (nine with the DLC) professions to master.
With each character you make, the story, introduction, and lore change. I still get surprised every time I make a new character and I bet you do too. It’s easy to spend hours customizing your own unique character.
The World:
Guild Wars 2 features a massive open world rich with history and lore. The world of the game is divided into numerous zones, each with its own set of traits, scenery, and stories. Exploring the world of Guild Wars 2 is a breathtaking experience that can keep you entertained for hours on end.
Dynamic Events:
One of the most significant features of Guild Wars 2 is its dynamic event system. These events occur in real time and can be triggered by players or NPCs. They can range from simple fetch quests to broad battles with dozens of players. These events contribute to Guild Wars 2’s world feeling alive and vibrant.
Story:

The game has a reputation for being inclusive and accepting of all players, regardless of their skill level or background. It is a great place to make new friends and to find people to play with.
DLC’s:
It’s hard not to love the game, and one way to support (and get more content from it) this game is by getting the DLCs. It has so much to offer, from stories to achievements, and making the map even more massive, it’s true when they said that it’s “an entire decade’s worth of content”.
TLDR; Guild Wars 2 is undoubtedly one of the best MMORPGs ever made. With its massive world, dynamic events, engaging combat, fantastic story, PvP system, lack of monthly subscription, and friendly community, it is a game that is sure to entertain and captivate players for years to come.
