Velocity Gaming’s Owner Assures They Won’t Disband

Manoj “Sentinel” Kasyap, Velocity Gaming’s owner, assures that Velocity wouldn’t be disbanding despite not being able to secure a Riot franchise for next year.

“Don’t worry [Velocity] is not disbanding, as much as you haters want to rejoice we are still here for some more time,” Sentinel tweeted.

This statement just came after Velocity released two staff members, namely Nikhil “sieh” Bhansali (former analyst) and Andi Andana “Sleepy” Bangsawan (former consultant coach), recently which was attributed to the organization’s failure to secure a franchise slot for next year’s VALORANT Challengers Tour.

Moreover, Sentinel then clarified that they wouldn’t be needing a coach and analyst moving forward as their roadmap only has Indian events in store for them.

“Road map ahead looks like all and only Indian events for which we won’t be needing a coach [and] analyst,” Sentinel revealed.

For now, Velocity Gaming’s roster is composed of the following:

  • Anuj “Amaterasu” Sharma
  • Tejas “rite2ace” Sawant
  • Sagnik “hellff” Roy
  • Debanjan “DEATHMAKER” Das
  • Mohit “mw1” Wakle
