Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) Philippines has signed former Zeal Esports player James “2ge” Goopio to their roster.

“Today we’d like to announce our new family from the Philippines, let’s give a warm welcome to RRQ 2GE! He will be a part of Team RRQ Valorant division,” RRQ announced on their social media pages.

This came after 2ge was benched and released by Zeal Esports, along with the departure of long-time teammate Craig “Craigys” Salgado.

This move also marks the momentous reunion of 2ge with another former Zeal teammate Vince “Flash” Medado, as the latter joined the RRQ squad back in January 2022

With 2ge’s addition, RRQ PH’s VALORANT roster is now composed of the following:

  • Vince “Flash” Medado
  • James “2ge” Goopio
  • Kelly “kellyS” Sedillo
  • Francis Danison “Rabbet” Buñag
  • Jed “Draxiimov” Jamir
  • Nathaniel “Nexi” Cabero
