After their disappointing performance in The International 2022, Fnatic looks on to the future with roster changes. On November 5, 2022, Fnatic started off its post-TI roster shuffle, firstly letting go of their offlaner Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong and coach Lee “SunBhie”  Jeongjae. However, they are still not close to being done with retooling their roster. Fnatic announced on their official Twitter account that they are letting their position one carry Marc “Raven” Fausto.

“Today we say goodbye to our carry @ravendoto. His contract with Fnatic ended after TI11, and we mutually agreed to part ways, allowing him to explore his options. Thank you, and we wish you all the best, One True Carry.”

Fnatic announced on their official Twitter account that they are letting go of their Filipino position one carry, Marc “Raven” Fausto, after they decided not to renew his contract. The organization stated that the decision not to renew his contract was mutually agreed upon by both parties. However, there is no rumor regarding where Raven will take his talents for the 2022-2023 DPC season. Fnatic has also still not made any announcements on their next roster decision. With two of their players leaving, replacements are needed for the next DPC season. No rumors have been found on who will fill the shoes left by Raven and Jabz at the position one and position three.

Raven signed with Fnatic in 2020, marking his second run with Fnatic. He has found success with the team, at least locally, securing two trips to The International. Fnatic consistently placed in the Top 3 in the DPC Season since the addition of Raven. Although success in The International has always eluded the team.

In The International 2021, Fnatic finished in 9th-12th place after losing to the eventual TI10 champions, Team Spirit, in the second round of the Lower Bracket. Despite having a stellar 2021-2022 DPC Season, Fnatic qualified for the playoffs in TI11 but got bounced out early in the tournament. They went home after losing to Gaimin Gladiators in the first round of the Lower Bracket. They finished the tournament in 13th-16th place, a disappointing finish for one of the top teams in South East Asia.
