BOOM Esports has loaned Fikri Zaki “Famouz” Hamdani from Persija Esports for the upcoming VALORANT Challengers Tour APAC Last Chance Qualifier (VCT APAC LCQ).
“Today, we would like to announce Famouz as a stand-in for the upcoming VCT APAC Last Chance Qualifiers! We would like to thank Persija Esports for making this procedure as smooth as possible,” BOOM tweeted.
This move came after BOOM initially released Muhammad Rafi “frostmind” Diandra from their roster earlier this month which left a vacant spot on their roster.
The former CSGO pro-turned-VALORANT pro played for multiple teams in the past including Morph Impact and Bigetron Arctic before he found success with the BOY WITH LOVE roster. With BOY WITH LOVE, he played with two former BOOM players in Kevin “Eeyore” Gunawan and Nanda “Asteriskk” Rizana where they eventually got picked up by Persija.
With the Famouz’s addition, BOOM’s roster is now composed of the following:
- Gary “blaZek1ng” Dastin
- Saibani “fl1pzjder” Rahmad
- Rizkie Adla “BerserX” Kusuma
- David “tehbotoL” Monangin
- Fikri Zaki “Famouz” Hamdani
- Ji “Meow” Dong-jun (Coach)
